This Premier Double Room was awesome. Staff were spot on and super helpful. Concierge Velu was so priceless. He helped with MRT cards and cheaper rates for taxis! I saw more of the outer suburbs. Hassan in the restaurant was friendly.
The air conditioning wasn't adjustable. I would dislike the idea of being in that room in full summer. The pool closed far to early.

The hotel features a fitness center I saw with treadmills. A swimming pool provided guests with a space for relaxation. Luggage storage long term was available benefiting travelers on extended trips.

The Premier Double Room included sufficient space. The room had ample natural light. The bathroom had a modern design with a rainfall shower. I observed that the room was well kept.

I found the staff efficient and helpful. my premier double room was quite spacious and very clean. i liked the pool a lot. It reminded me of a bonus after a long day. housekeeping checked in daily.
The air conditioning was a bit too cold. I struggled to adjust it.

The breakfast had a good variety. I especially liked the omelet station. it also had self-service noodles, bread, fruits, rice, cheese. tea, coffee, and juice. the food was AMAZING!!!

The location worked out perfectly. I walked easily to the major attractions. a bus stop outside the hotel made getting around simple. the immediate area felt safe and convenient.

The pool area included a smaller pool and space to get some refreshment. the gym looked compact but functional. i saw staff maintaining the cleanliness daily. That really impressed me.

the location is quite convenient. i could easily walk to many places. the breakfast had a good variety. i appreciated the selection of asian dishes and fruit.
the hotel felt quite dated. i noticed the hallways smelled like smoke, even though it's now a non-smoking hotel. the ceiling tiles looked yellowish and damaged. the pool area did not look great either.
